Fireswirl Technologies Reports Resignation of Secretary and Chief Operating Officer

October 26 , 2007 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Fireswirl Technologies Inc. (TSXV:FSW) ("Fireswirl" or the "Company") announced today the resignation of Andrew Mah as Secretary, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company. Mr. Mah is leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities.

Mr. Mah joined the Company's subsidiary Fireswirl Systems Inc. ("Systems") four years ago and became involved with the Company in May of 2006 when the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Systems as its proposed qualifying transaction pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange Corporate Finance Manual. "Andrew has been integral to the success of the Company and we wish him every success in the future," stated Dale Peterson, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer.
