Fireswirl Opens New China Office

May 22, 2007 – Vancouver, British Columbia: Fireswirl Technologies Inc. (TSXV:FSW) ("Fireswirl" or the "Company"), announces that it has established an office in Shenzhen, China to be headed by Tony Lau, Fireswirl's Chief Technology Officer and President of Fireswirl Asia Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary). In connection with Mr. Lau's relocation to China, he has resigned as President of Fireswirl and Dale Peterson, Fireswirl's CEO has been appointed as President.

Shenzhen is located in the province of Guangdong, in southern China, located at the border of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Shenzhen is a centre of foreign investment and is home to many of China's successful high-tech companies.

As a technology company, deploying our CTO to our primary target markets we will have logistical advantages for Fireswirl and will be a catalyst for further developing our Asian market” stated Dale Peterson, President and CEO of Fireswirl.
