Tony Lau, Chief Executive Officer

Tony Lau is a co-founder of the Company. Mr. Lau has extensive experience in the technology industry and has been involved in business development of the Company since its inception. Mr. Lau previously served as the CTO of TradeUnit Limited, a Pan-Asia business-to-business company specializing in electronic components and the CTO of Paystone Technologies, a leading Canadian payment solutions provider.

Ji Yoon, Interim Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Yoon has more than 15 years of finance, accounting and public markets experience, having worked in the high technology, engineering and distribution industries. Mr. Yoon is presently the Finance Director at Teleflex Canada Inc a business unit of Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE:TFX), which is a diversified global company in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of specialty-engineered products and services for the worldwide medical, aerospace and commercial markets. His previous executive management experience includes the role of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for JER Envirotech International Corp. (TSX Venture - JER; Frankfurt Stock Exchange - KFTB) and Acting Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Taiga Building Products Ltd. (TSX - TBL). Mr. Yoon is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and a Business Diploma (Honours) from Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology in Sarnia, Ontario and an MBA from Queen's University, Ontario. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also serves on the adjudicating board of the Certified Management Accountants Strategic Leadership Program.

Victor Choy, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Choy has over 15 years of telecommunications experience in China, South-east Asia and Europe. Before joining Fireswirl, Mr. Choy was the Vice President of Mobile Distribution Services for Pacificnet Inc, a US listed public company. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Choy was the General Manager of the Hong Kong subsidiary of Avenir Telecom, a publicly listed company in France and one of the largest telecom distributors and retailers in Europe. Mr. Choy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Computer Science from the University of Toronto.

Steven Hsieh, Director

Mr. Hsieh is in public practice as a Certified Management Accountant in Vancouver, British Columbia for over 20 years. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K., and of the Certified Financial Planners of Canada. In addition to his role with Fireswirl, Mr. Hsieh also serves as a Director and as chairman of the audit committee of Chai Na Ta Corp., one of the world's largest suppliers of North American ginseng.

James C. Borkowski, Director

Mr. Borkowski has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and brand development. Since founding StonePoint Global Brands Inc. (TSX Venture - SPG) in 1992, as CEO and Chairman, Mr. Borkowski has been responsible for the implementation and control of operations, corporate development, new business opportunities, including new product and brand development. Mr. Borkowski has also acted as a director for several private and public companies in the resource and technology sectors.

Hansen Xue, VP of Operations

Mr. Xue joined Fireswirl in 1999 and is active in many facets of Fireswirl's operations in Canada and China. Hansen has a bachelor degree of Electical & Computer Engineering and has over 14 years of engineering, information technology, business development, financial system and project management experience in China and in Canada. In 1997, Hansen operated his own business C & Y Limited which specialized in electrical and computer engineering in China.

Jina Kim, Controller

Jina joined the company in 2007 and has been playing a key role in financial reporting functions during her time with the company. Ms. Kim holds a bachelor of science degree from the Ewha Womans University, one of the most prestigious schools in South Korea. Jina has a wide range of experience working in both information technology and accounting/finance functions in the software industry. Ms. Kim is at her final level in the Certified General Accountants program.
