In August 2008 Fireswirl licensed its gaming and entertainment software to Intelimax Media Inc. Several of Fireswirl's technical staff transitioned to Intelimax, with the companies planning further collaborations on future projects. Intelimax has a highly skilled software development team specializing in entertainment content and applications.

Using proprietary search and portal software, Intelimax has launched its' first wesbite www.gamboozle.com, focusing on online games and service and shortly releasing its second website, www.climateseek.com Intelimax has now added Fireswirl's play for free poker solution www.ChipsNChat.com to it's existing comprehensive line of play for free products.
