(the "Company") announced today that it has granted options to purchase 410,000 common shares of the Company exercisable on or before November 10, 2014, with an exercise price of $0.05 per common share, to seven directors, officers and employees of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan increasing its outstanding options to 1,590,000 (5.07% of the Company's issued common shares).
